Pricing

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If I discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered I will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If I am unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. I will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. In this case I will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to fulfil the order, cancel the order or amend your order to substitute the unavailable items with available items at your discretion.
To ensure availability of all our products, customers may be limited to a maximum number of items. Sansui Vintage Parts reserves the right to limit the range of products available.

Online Process

I must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, I will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will only be dispatched once payment has been received. For more information regarding delivery times please refer to Section “Shipping”.

Shipping

Delivery is only available to physical addresses (post boxes and private bag numbers not permitted).
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the yours PayPal Account.
Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
All deliveries would be by Air Mail Registered with tracking number but uninsured. It is the responsibility of the buyer to request insurance if so desired, otherwise, items will be sent uninsured at the buyer own risk. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time above, please contact us.

Returns and Exchanges

Items in this store are vintage electronic items, so there will be no returns or exchanges on sale items unless the items are much more different than described at product information page. In that case, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us, undamaged with the same packing material. After we received items back from you, we will make a refund yours money to yours PayPal account.

Warranty

I am restoring Sansuies as hobby, and all those parts or items,  I am selling here as “end of user” (I am selling my private collection), so they are selling “as is” without warranty of any kind. Most of them they are old more than 35 years or even more, so I could not give you any kind of warranty.
