Here you can buy genuine new Sansui long-live bulb with a rubber holder and connecting cables!

They  are 8V 300mA bulb, those bulbs are working in some Sansui receiver at 7V supply (to get extended live functionality) , but disadvantage of that is what bulb produces a very yellow light, so that  green cover inside of bulb is some kind of light filter, to get close to real white light instead very yellow light.

Even though the bulbs are coloured in green, when turned on they don't project green light but a specific shade of white light (look at the third picture).
