This is genuine Sanken 2SC3263 2SA1294 LAPT output power transistors, ONE PAIR.
The 2SC3263 and 2SA1294 are TO3P output transistors, 230 V, 15 A. They have constant hFE characteristics in a wide current range, providing high-quality audio sounds. Both are LAPT (Linear Amplifier Power Transistor) Sanken transistors, and both are High Transition Frequency transistors (2SC3263 fT: 60MHz, 2SA1294 fT: 35MHz).
Transistors what I am selling here has hfe rank "Y" which means that hfe is from 70 to 140! .
Installation of those transistors must be done by a qualified technician only!!!!
Be very careful, today on the market there are so many fake Sanken transistors which could damage your premium Sansui amplifier, so it is very important to get genuine Sanken transistors. On eBay I can see some examples... some of them don't have even hfe rank on the body of transistor!!
